we can't give up our bad habits all the time which is causing a lot of bad situations in our lives. As a result of bad habit we will become almost destitute at some point in our lives. Everyone should be careful with our beautiful life.

Habits do not develop easily, you can't get out of the habit by rushing again. Just as good habits prove how strong our personality is, bad habits reveal how weak we are. Ayesha Siddique, a psychosocial counsellor and lecturer at BRAC University, said that habits are formed due to human instincts. Like good habits, bad habits are formed in us. Habits cannot be avoided if you want to, but it is possible to change yourself positively if you try.


Travis Bradbury, author of the famous Emotional Intelligence 2.0 book on psychology, advises young people to avoid certain habits. He says your habits tell you whether you succeed or fail. If you want to change yourself, start thinking now.


Use phone, computer or tab before going to sleep

Sleep has a relationship with creativity and energy. Almost everyone spends a lot of time on the phone before going to sleep, which has a negative effect on sleep. The on-screen lighting of technology reduces attention. Mobile phones should not be used before going to bed or waking up in the morning as they have a direct effect on the melatonin hormone.


Continuous internet usage

We go to the internet for various reasons and spend a long time. It is never right to use continuous internet. Continuous use of the internet reduces our focus.


Keep an eye on the mobile phone while talking

It is a very bad habit to hold a mobile phone in your hand all the time. In the chat of friends or in the office meeting, our eyes go to the screen of the mobile phone one after the other. Such bad habits actually embarrass the person you are talking to. Try to stay away from the phone while maintaining socialite.


When you say no, say yes

Being able to say no is actually a positive mental skill. When you reluctantly say yes to someone else's request or whim while doing something, you are actually hurting yourself.

Learn to say no when you need to. Saying yes to everything is actually a loss for yourself.


Thoughts about negative people

There are actually two types of people living around. One group will inspire you, the other will absorb the positive energy within you! Avoid associating with negative people, never think about them.


Comparing yourself with others

We seek solace in comparing ourselves to many, or try to understand our own minds. Never compare yourself with others, this habit actually makes your mind smaller.


Gossip

We love to talk about others, which is a weak point of personality. Try never to talk about others in secret. There is temporary pleasure in gossip, but you will never know when you are hurting yourself.


Living in the past or future

We always like to talk about our past actions or successes and failures. Again, I think it will be something great in the future. We do not think about the present between the past and the future. Don't forget that if your present is great then your past will be colourful and your future will be optimistic.
