We all want healthy food. Sometimes, though, those healthy foods are harder to find
than cookies, candy or fast food.
However, nutritionist and nutritionist Crystal Joseph says a small start to a healthy diet and
a good exercise program is important.
"oh I have to be vegan, I have to be all primal, I have to be anything. But that is not the way to
embark on a healthy weight loss journey. I think there is more to health than just clean food
